1. The month you would like me to start with the monthly reports and how far back you want me to go to clean up your account

2. W9 for your business

3. Access to all bank accounts/credit cards to see activity, checks, and statements  

4. Quickbooks Online account –Send "Accountant Access" invitation to info@balancedbooksbyjen.com

5. If any loans or other business activities exist, please ensure I have access to them as well

6. Payroll info and access
